Matthew 1:23“Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel, which means ‘God is with us.’”
I listened to a new song by Bryan and Katie Torwalt yesterday called “Emmanuel.”
As I listened, I wept.
It will never cease to amaze me, that God chose to be with us.
In flesh, Jesus came. And when He left for heaven, the Holy Spirit was sent to reside with us…so that for eternity we would be with God our Father in Heaven. Immanuel…God with us. We will never again have to be alone.
